Washington, D.C. (August 7, 2014) - ACON Investments, L.L.C. and its affiliates ("ACON") recently announced the closing of ACON Latin America Opportunities Fund IV, L.P. (the "Fund"). The Fund closed with total commitments of US$515 million and represents ACON's fourth investment program dedicated to Latin America. The Fund was oversubscribed relative to its hard cap of $515 million due to significant demand from existing and new investors.

Limited partner commitments were secured from a diverse group of institutional investors from North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia. Among these institutions were leading sovereign wealth and pension funds, financial institutions, insurance companies, funds-of-funds and family offices.

Stanwich Advisors, LLC acted as financial advisor and placement agent for the offering. The Fund represents the fifth private equity fundraising mandate that Stanwich Advisors has successfully advised in the region. In aggregate, Stanwich Advisors has raised over $3.5 billion for private equity strategies focused on Latin America since inception.
